Woman Calls Police Saying Her Professional Cuddler Told Her To 'Suck Her Nipple'

An Arizona woman filed a complaint after her professional cuddler told her to suck on her nipple during a naked session.

Tempe, AZ – A woman called the police saying she sucked on her professional cuddle therapist’s nipple because the cuddler said it would give her “nurturing energy.”

The woman who tried to file charges against Susanne Woodward of the Restoration Healing Spa said she began visiting the professional cuddler at her Tempe business in April, the Arizona Republic reported.

She scheduled and attended four $80 cuddle sessions with Woodward over a two-month period.

"She told me she would be able to help me with my sexual trauma and help me find my voice," the woman wrote in a complaint she sent to state regulators. "She insisted that it would not be sexual and that clothing would be on at all times."

The complaint said the woman told Woodward that she had always dreamt of being held naked by a woman.

Woodward told the woman she could fulfill her dream, but naked cuddling was outside her role as a professional cuddlist and so it “would have to be between us,” according to the Arizona Republic.

The woman said Woodward told her she could accommodate her naked cuddling request on their fourth cuddle session.

"She then told me to suck her nipple," the woman said in the complaint.

She claimed the therapist told her "I am channeling nurturing energy to you through my breast,” the Arizona Republic reported.

The woman said Woodward told her client that her time was up, but said that she would give her client five extra minutes for free.

Once the woman got home from her appointment, it occurred to her that what had just happened might not be appropriate.

She called the police to report her cuddlist, but the police told the woman that no crime had been committed, the Arizona Republic reported.

Next, the woman called the national organization that certifies cuddlers and reported the nipple-sucking incident.

The national organization decertified Woodward for failing to follow the professional code of conduct, according to the Arizona Republic.

The cuddling client also filed a complaint with the state board that oversees massage therapists because her cuddler was also a massage therapist who ran a day spa.

It is against the law for massage therapists to be involved in sexual activity with their clients, the Arizona Republic reported.

Woodward responded to the complaint in a 10-page response from her attorney to the state massage board.

The cuddle therapist said that her client had been “starved” for a maternal, nurturing touch and that the client was the one who suggested they cuddle without clothing, according to the Arizona Republic.

Woodward said she’d considered the request to cuddle naked but said that it would have to be non-sexual and not part of her cuddling services.

In a later cuddle session, the cuddlist claimed that the client initiated contact with Woodward’s breast and it was consensual, the Arizona Republic reported.

When the woman was finished, Woodward wrote that the woman smiled and said the feeling was “so good” and thanked her.

Then she scheduled another cuddle session for the next week.

Woodward’s attorney, Flynn Carey, wrote that her client now realizes she should have declined the woman’s request, according to the Arizona Republic.

Carey argued that the cuddling complaint was beyond the Arizona State Board of Massage Therapy’s authority because the woman complaining was not a massage client, but a cuddle client.

"You are actually going to be now the massage therapy board and the cuddle therapy board,” Carey warned the board.

The Arizona Republic reported that the board ruled there was no violation of massage practice and ordered Woodward to keep her cuddling business separate from her massage business in the future, including maintaining separate websites for each.

"We’re not in the cuddle business," board member John Ortega said of the decision.

Madelon Guinazzo, co-founder a cuddle company called Cuddlist, was the one who received the complaint about Woodward initially.

“It breaks everything in our code of conduct," Guinazzo told the Arizona Republic. “This is rare. Thank goodness.”

I did not read the article. I only came here to say that this is a ridiculous thing for any website to feature, and Blue Lives Matter should be ashamed for posting such nonsense at the hopes to get clicks for "titillating" and presumably irrelevant content.

That snowflake was just pissed because she wasn't burped...WTF is happening to society today? All the loonies have flown the coop. If this doesn't prove that mental health treatment has become nonexistent, nothing will.

I think that she missed out on the channeling of nurturing breast energy that probably would have cured her. But now, she will never know...

Some people around here say that police are legally required to send a unit out for every call. This case is an example of that being untrue.

Like others, I don't think this is appropriate Blue Lives content.

Unless it's just for a laugh, as the whole thing is ludicrous.

I'd MUCH rather see stories that uplift police if the point is to add levity to the sight!

@SnarkyCop this is over the top and not something I care about reading AT ALL.
