Brooksville, FL – A Florida woman smiled during her mugshot after she was charged with trying urinate on a police officer as well as running over a man with her car.
Serina Probus was arrested Jan. 1 for a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence and a felony charge of battery on a law enforcement officer, according to WIS.
She was also charged for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon for hitting the man with her car on Oct. 10.
Probus, 20, was at her sister-in-law’s home and trying to leave with her six-month old baby when her sister-in-law tried to stop her because Probus had been drinking, according to Newsweek.
The sister-in-law stopped Probus by wrapping her arms around her and then Probus bit her sister-in-law on the hand, according to WIS.
The police arrived and took Probus into custody as she swore at them and kicked out a window in the police cruiser.
As sheriff’s deputies used restraints to bind her legs, she tried to urinate on one of the deputies, WIS reported. She then spit on the deputies once they got her in the police cruiser.
Police also charged Probus for an October 2019 incident while she was in jail. At that time, she was in an argument with a man at a bar.
As the man was walking away, Probus accellerated her SUV to 15 mph and hit him. The man landed on the hood and fell to the ground, according to WIS.
Probus then took the man to the hospital. However, police discovered a message she left the man she hit in which Probus told him, “Tell Det. Murphy I hit you with the car ima tell her you deserved it and I would do it all over again if I could.”
Probus told police she doesn’t remember the October incident because she was “high on cocaine,” according to Newsweek.
