Washington, DC - White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer held a press conference Saturday night where he laid into the press.

Press Secretary Sean Spicer started out by calling out a reported who had falsely reported that President Donald Trump had removed the bust of Martin Luther King Jr. from the White House, creating viral fake news. When the journalist had it pointed out that he was lying, his response was a dishonest excuse that a Secret Service Agent must have been standing in the way.

Spicer continued by addressing the viral picture which compares President Obama's inauguration to the President Trump inauguration. He further pointed out that lawn covers were used, which gave the ground a contrasting color, and made it easy to see how many people were actually in the crowd, whereas the picture from the President Obama inauguration has the darker grass blending in with people. Furthermore, there were barricades up so that there were fewer entry points, making it harder for people to access the area. There were also a bunch of angry rioters that people had to contend with.

Spicer pointed out that there were more people in Washington DC for the inauguration than any other inauguration ever.

The Press Secretary pointed out that while the press is claiming that they will hold President Trump accountable, the White House will also hold the media accountable.
