San Bruno, CA - A witness to the YouTube active shooting incident on Tuesday told a reporter on scene that he wished he was armed (video below).
The witness said that he was at the Carl's Jr. across the street from the YouTube headquarters when the shots started.
The man described multiple bursts of gunfire and then wounded victims fleeing into the Carl's Jr.
Four people were transported to the hospital for gunshot wounds, and at and at least one person is dead after the gunshots started Tuesday afternoon.
San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini said at a press conference that at 12:46 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, police received numerous 911 calls about a shooter at YouTube HQ. Police arrived at 12:48 p.m. and immediately began a search for shooter.
The officers then located the female suspect deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
One victim is in fair condition, one in serious condition, and one in critical condition, according to KTVU. The condition of the fourth victim is unknown.
