VIDEO: Woman Shoots Man In Head During Livestream - Arrested For Cover-Up

Devyn Holmes was shot in the head by Cassandra Damper with Cadillac Coleman in the car during a livestream.

Houston, TX – A man was hospitalized and placed on life support late Saturday night, after he was shot in the head by a female friend who was playing with a gun (video below.)

The incident was captured in a Facebook Live video posted to the account of Cadillac Coleman, as Coleman, Devyn Holmes, and Cassandra Damper were sitting in a car outside of a Houston gas station, Crimeola reported.

The video showed Damper and Holmes sitting in the front seat of the car, while Coleman sat in the back seat.

Holmes appeared to be holding a Glock pistol at the start of the video.

The footage briefly cut out, and a handgun could clearly be seen resting on the center console after the video resumed. Coleman set his left hand on the weapon’s grip as he sat back in his seat, but never removed the gun from the console.

“Lyin’ a** hoe,” Damper said, possibly to someone who had tuned into the live video stream.

She then reached over with her left hand, and picked up the handgun, with her finger on the trigger.

“You see what we doin’ to lyin’ a** hoes?” she said, as she pointed the weapon at the camera. “We draw down.”

Simultaneously, Holmes reached over with his left hand, covered the weapon’s slide, and momentarily appeared to try to take the gun from Damper.

“Hey man,” he said to her. “You’re making me nervous.”

“We draw down on them hoes!” Damper yelled, as Holmes let go of the weapon.

“She ain’t got no clip, bud,” Coleman told Holmes, while Damper racked the slide, which had a loaded magazine. She then raised the weapon towards Holmes.

In an instant, she pulled the trigger, and Holmes’ head fell to the side.

Damper gasped, and set the gun back on the console while she and Coleman jumped out of the vehicle.

Blood poured from Holmes’ head, spilling onto his shirt and arm. His unblinking eyes remained fixed, as his body fell lifeless.

At 12:57 a.m. on Sunday, the Houston Police Department (HPD) issued a tweet that a man had “shot himself in [the] head,” and had been transported to a local hospital. He was placed on life support, KHOU reported.

However, police quickly caught on to what really happened.

According to Crimeola, Damper, 25, was booked into the Southeast Jail on Sunday on one count of tampering with evidence homicide related.

The case is being referred to a grand jury.

I am astounded the man is still alive. Per his mom, he is stable, responsive and no longer in critical condition.

Just because someone verified no ammo does not EVER give someone the right to treat a weapon like a toy. Muzzle control, even if unloaded, is what every gun safety course teaches and why it is so important couldn't be more clear. I wish more people lived by the rule that you NEVER point a weapon at anyone or anything unless you are going to shoot them. We clear weapons for a reason and obviously noone cleared the gun properly and they paid with life changing consequences. It is all too common people get showy or proud with guns and end up losing sight of any rules of weapon control just to impress some morons at their keyboards and a skank in the front seat. Stupid breeds stupid. I bet noone lets that girl hold a gun for the rest of her life. Im glad it was streamed live. Shows just how cool and smart they really are.

I hope the Lord in Heaven helps this man recover...regardless if they were gang members or otherwise the 3 in the video WERE having a good time..the gun shouldnt have been lying out like that and being played with..she obviously has shot one seeing how fast she loaded and shot it...saying it was a mistake doesn't accou t for her actions..she needs to stay in jail and then prison for the rest of her life..she was reckless and careless with a dangerous weapon...ive been to the county in Houston Texas and it itself is like being in a war camp in another country...just being processed and handled like a dog by the guards alone is humiliating...she is where she needs to stay...God please help this mans family find peace and may he recover the best he can....
