VIDEO: Woman Randomly Attacks, Beats Mother And 11-Year-Old Girl At Gas Station

A pair of 18-year-olds attacked a mother, her boyfriend and an 11-year-old girl at a gas station

Silver Springs, FL – An 18-year-old woman attacked a mother and her 11-year-old daughter in a seemingly random attack at a Florida gas station on Sept 22.

The incident was captured on video (below.)

An 18-year-old man was also arrested for assaulting the mother’s boyfriend, according to the Orlando Sun-Sentinel.

The victims told police that they didn’t know their attackers and they don’t know the motivations behind the attack, according to the Orlando Sun-Sentinel. (Video below)

Police said the footage was so clear that police were able to easily identify the suspects not long after watching the video, according to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

In the video, Julia Napiontek and Brandon Clanton both walked up to Tersa Elghali. Then Napiontek and the Elghali exchanged words in a confrontation. The mother began to walk toward Napiontek and then Napiontek responded by throwing punches at Elghali and dragged her by the hair.

Elghali’s 11-year-old daughter then got out of the passenger seat and Napiontek attacked her and threw her to the ground, according to WKMG.

A third woman got out of the bed of the pickup truck and was also punched and dragged by Napiontek. As she was leaving, Napiontek pushed the 11-year-old to the ground.

Jason Ellis, Elghali’s boyfriend, could see the fight from inside the gas station. Ellis said he was walking back to the truck when he was attacked by Clanton, according to police.

Ellis said he didn’t know what to do when he saw the 11-year-old girl being attacked, according to WKMG. Elghali said grabbed her daughter and hid behind a gas tank and asked customers to call the police.

“The victims told deputies that they did not previously know their attackers, and that there was not motive for the confrontation,” the sheriff’s office said, according to the Orlando Sun-Sentinel.

Napiontek was charged with battery and aggravated child abuse and Clanton was charged with battery and simple assault on a law enforcement officer. Clanton was charged with the assault on a police officer for resisting arrest, according to WKMG.

Clanton was arrested 11 days after being released from jail for attacking a 17-year-old at another gas station, according to WKMG.

NON-LETHAL WEAPON IS WHAT WAS NEEDED HERE. CCW PERMIT HOLDERS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE MORE LEVEL HEADED:

@burgerallday If you would have shot and killed one or both of those people you would be in a world of hurt yourself right now. There's no state in the Union that I'm aware of where you could use lethal force under the circumstances we see in this video.

Do you want to have to sell everything you own in the attempt to keep yourself out of prison, or accept a public defender? If you're wealthy then a good attorney won't be a problem but for most you're in the river without a paddle.

What you and every CCW permit holder, in my opinion, needs is to also carry a non-lethal weapon. This is the PERFECT situation for a non-lethal weapon because the law would be on your side.

Some people are completely insane! Society has spun out of control & is forcing people to live at a speed at which none of us are capable. Running around like mice in a maze. Doesn't excuse the behavior, but I think we're going to see more & more crimes like this one. We all need to slow down, cut ourselves off from the internet, spend time with family & loved ones--get rid of the damn TVs, folks! Live real life instead of someone else's fantasies!

Attacked another person 11 days after release? Lock him up for good. It's rubbing off on his girlfriend.

Nothing that a CCW would not have been the perfect solution for.
