Bonsu was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI), felony hit and run, two counts of misdemeanor hit and run, disregarding an officer’s signal to stop, driving while revoked – DWI related, driving without a license, driving with an open container, possession of marijuana, and illegal window tint.
The DWI charge was his third arrest for drunk driving, according to a Fairfax County PD Facebook post on Wednesday that included the video of the incident.
