New Albany, Mississippi - Ole Miss student Daniel Berry learned the consequences of headbutting a law enforcement officer.
Daniel Berry was arrested February 7th after robbing the West Union Quick Stop on Highway 30. Customers of the Quick Stop grabbed Berry and held him down until officers arrived to take him into custody.
On February 9th, Daniel Berry was being escorted to court when he decided to take his anger out on a deputy.

Daniel Berry was believed to be under the influence of an unknown substance.
Berry is currently enrolled as a business major at Ole Miss. His bail has been set at $200,000.
