Miami, FL - Miami Police Department has made a product demonstration video which shows off that the department is at the forefront of anti-theft technology with their K.R.A.P.P.Y. anti-theft system (video below.)

The video demonstrates the effectiveness of the system which stands for Keeping Robbers Away and Protecting Property with a Yeti. That's right, it's a yeti defense system.

The K.R.A.P.P.Y. system works by placing your yeti in your vehicle and leaving him in whenever you step away. Something about yetis makes them impervious to the heat of being locked in a hot car in the Miami heat. I'd explain how they survive in the heat, except I'm not a yeti scientist.

Then, when somebody breaks into your car, your yeti is trained to apprehend any would-be thieves.

Unfortunately, as the video explains, Miami PD has the only known yeti in the world. Until they can figure out where to find more yetis, you'll just have to remember to lock your car and hide your valuables in order to deter thieves.

No Yetis were harmed in the making of this film...
