VIDEO: Gang Member Arrested For Bronx Teen's Murder Brags Of His 'Iraqi Mindset'

Investigators have linked the machete murder of a Bronx teen to an earlier gang stabbing of a 14-year-old boy.

New York, NY – Just as New York police found “direct correlations” between the brutal murder of 15-year-old Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz and the stabbing of an unnamed 14-year-old boy in the middle of the Bronx River Parkway, a rap video was released featuring some of Guzman-Feliz’s accused killers (video below).

“There have been number of incidents throughout the city involving Trinitarios,” NYPD Commissioner James O’Neill said on Friday, according to WCBS. “I’m not prepared to say yet how, but I can say they are connected.”

Police are also investigating other offenses that were allegedly committed by the violent Dominican street gang, and have not ruled out the possibility of more arrests in connection with the Bronx teen’s murder, Commissioner O’Neill said.

Guzman-Feliz, a member of the New York Police Department’s (NYPD) Explorers program who dreamed of becoming a police detective when he grew up, was dragged out of a bodega by members of the Trinitarios and hacked to death on a Bronx street corner on June 20.

Police have arrested a total of eight suspected gang members in connection with his death.

On Tuesday, officers also arrested 21-year-old Ramon Paulino, another accused Trinitarios member, for the June 18 stabbing of the unnamed 14-year-old boy, WCBS reported.

Paulino has been charged with attempted murder, gang assault, and assault, according to KTXL.

Cellphone footage showed a large group of men as they brazenly attacked the teen in the parkway median during rush hour.

After the mob chased the boy down, they began punching and kicking him, the video showed.

He was repeatedly stabbed throughout his body – including his chest – before the attackers fled the scene, KTXL reported.

An off-duty EMT rushed in to help the boy and delivered first aid while he called 911.

The teen remained hospitalized in critical condition, and may lose a kidney, KTXL reported.

Investigators were continuing their search for the other men responsible for that attack.

The Trinitarios’ affinity for knives and blades was further evidenced in a rap video that was posted online on Sunday night.

The video prominently featured Jose “Canelito” Muniz, who has been arrested in connection with the machete murder of Guzman-Feliz, WPIX reported.

“I’m hotter than a Guillotine,” Muniz rapped in Spanish, according to WPIX. “My mentality is set up like that of an Iraqi.”

On Friday, law enforcement sources confirmed that Muniz and at least one other murder suspect appeared in the video, which also showed the gangsters brandishing firearms and waving cash, WPIX reported.

According to WPIX, more than 1,000 members of the Trinitarios gang are believed to be operating in New York City. The savage group is also active in Milan, Italy and Madrid, Spain.

As a precaution, police have placed the 15-year-old girl who appeared in a sex video that likely precipitated the brutal murder of Guzman-Feliz in protective custody, after she received an onslaught of social media threats.

In the video, which was posted on social media, one male rapped as another – who bore a striking resemblance to Guzman-Feliz – had sex with a girl whose face was covered with a shirt, the New York Daily News reported.

After Guzman-Feliz’s brutal murder, the 15-year-old girl in the video began receiving threatening messages on Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat, a high-ranking NYPD source told the New York Post on Monday.

Many of the messages blamed the teenage girl, who is also a member of the police department’s Explorers program, for causing Guzman-Feliz’s death, the source said.

Not one of these predators could make it on their own. They work in packs in order to incite the mob mentality. One on one, they are failures. This type of mentality and brutal public beatings and stabbings has always been known to occur in prison settings, but has become more and more common on the street. This is of great concern and needs to be dealt with sooner than later. Some media outlets do little to help in the quest to stop this violence. It never fails that someone will show leniency or mercy to these predators and not hold them accountable as they should be. And the posting of video by known gang members? Should be denied. These thugs crave attention, why give it to them?
