San Antonio, TX - Twice-released illegal immigrant, Armando Garcia-Ramires, murdered his nine-months pregnant 15-year-old girlfriend on Monday.

On the day of the incident, officers responded to a residence in the 1100 block of Babcock. There they found Garcia-Ramires with a gunshot wound to the mouth, after he allegedly tried to kill himself.

Officers then went to a second location, in the nearby Spanish Keys Apartments and found Garcia-Ramires's 15-year-old girlfriend, Jennifer Delgado, shot multiple times in the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene but was transported to a local hospital, where attempts were made to save the life of her unborn child. Those attempts were unsuccessful, according to KENS5. Their one-year-old child was found unhurt inside the apartment where his mother died.

ICE agents had arrested Armando Garcia-Ramires, age 35, in January 2011, through the Criminal Alien program in San Antonio. He was released a month later, according to ICE spokeswoman Nina Pruneda. In April, 2016, Garcia-Ramires was again arrested by ICE, and released again the next month. Note that both of these arrests and releases were made during the Obama administration.

Shortly after he was released for the second time is when Jennifer Delgado became pregnant for the second time.

Armando Garcia-Ramires was treated at a local hospital and has since recovered. He has been charged with two counts of capital murder, and remains in custody at the Bexar County Jail under $1 million bond.

Multiple sources have said that Garcia-Ramires was at one time Jennifer Delgado's stepfather. Records show that Jennifer Delgado was not enrolled in school but that any doctor who saw her should have reported her pregnancies.

It is mandatory in the state of Texas to report pregnant teenagers as well as teenagers who are pregnant by fathers where there is a large difference in age.

Child Services is involved now with the one-year child, whose mother was tragically and senselessly murdered.

I can't put into words how outraged I am that this illegal immigrant took the life of a beautiful 15-year-old, and their unborn child. Or the outrage that I feel because she became a mother at age 14. All of this could have been avoided if Armando Garcia-Ramires had simply been deported and not been in this country illegally.
