Teacher Arrested For Alleged Sexual Assault Of 15-Year-Old Student

Kassandra Moore, 30, was arrested for sex with a 15-year-old boy at a school for special needs students

Bradenton, FL – A 30-year-old Florida private school teacher was arrested Monday and charged with sexually abusing a 15-year-old boy who attended a school for special needs students.

Kassandra Moore was charged with four counts of lewd and lascivious battery and an additional count of transmission of harmful material to a minor, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. Moore could get up to 65 years in prison if she is convicted.

The Broach School, a K-12 private Christian school for special needs students, contacted the police April 10 and said that Moore had an inappropriate relationship with the victim, who had been a student of hers for years, according to the police report.

Principal Kellie Potter told police that another student told her that Moore and the 15-year-old boy had been having sex, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported.

Bradenton Police Detective Michael Page was given copies of flirtatious messages between Moore and the 15-year-old boy exchanged through Instagram chat.

The messages included photos of the teacher wearing lingerie with her buttocks and breasts exposed, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported.

The student told Detective Page that he started messaging his teacher about school work. However, the student couldn’t remember the full extent of his online conversations with his teacher and told police they began talking about photo-shoots that his teacher had been doing.

The boy implied he wanted to have sex with Moore, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. The student said that he understood that he wasn’t of legal age to have sex with an adult, and that his teacher was recently married.

Moore told the student, “But seriously you’ve got a lot of guts implying you want to have sex with me,” the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported.

Moore refused to be interviewed by police but did give a written statement that described “inappropriate behavior” by the victim and the student who told the principal about the sex, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.

Later that day. Detective Page met with the student and his mother at a place where the student said he threw away condoms. The police found the condoms and DNA on the condoms matched the teacher's, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.

Police also found messages between Moore and another former student, who is now of adult age. Those messages were about deleting photographs and messages from another person’s password protected smartphone. Moore told police she was concerned the victim was trying to get her in trouble.

The boy said that the sexual abuse started on March 23 when Moore picked him up at a park behind the apartment complex where he lived, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.

At the park, Moore walked to a secluded area and sat down and then started to kiss the boy. She then sexually assaulted him, according to the report. The student said the same thing happened the next day.

The Bradenton Herald reported the teacher and student had sex four times.

“I am heartbroken and sad over this whole case,” Bradenton Police Captain Brian Thiers said Monday, according to the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. “This is somebody that has no business being involved with children.”

I notice that most of these cases involve liberal teachers. Same with mass shooters.

She was concerned a "victim"was trying to "get her in trouble?" Oh talk about screwed up! Thank goodness she is now out of the system so that she cannot involve herself with another "victim."
