'Real Housewives' Star Arrested For Attacking Cops, Death Threats

Luann de Lesseps was arrested early Sunday morning.

Palm Beach, FL – Police arrested “Real Housewives of New York City” star Luann de Lesseps early Sunday morning after she allegedly attacked a law enforcement officer in Palm Beach.

De Lesseps, 52, was charged with battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting an officer with violence, and two counts of threatening a public servant, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office booking records.

According to the Palm Beach Post, an assistant state’s attorney said that de Lesseps threatened people prior to her arrest.

“I’m going to kill you all,” de Lesseps allegedly said.

She then slammed a door and kicked at least one officer, the assistant state’s attorney told the Palm Beach Post.

She was booked into the detention facility at 1:25 a.m.

De Lesseps, who has no prior arrests, appeared in court on Sunday, and was released on her own recognizance by Judge Ted Booras.

The court will also allow the reality star to return home to New York.

“I don’t think it would be that hard to find you,” Booras said at the hearing.

The judge told de Lesseps that she might have a drinking problem, but told her not to incriminate herself by responding.

“Don’t say anything,” Booras instructed, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Booras also told her that four of the charges against her are felonies.

De Lesseps was released from custody at 11:25 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office booking record.

The reality television star was married to Count Alexandre de Lesseps from 1993 until 2009, People reported.

She retained her French royal Countess title until 2016, when she wed Tom D’Agostino.

In August, de Lesseps and D’Agostino announced their plans to divorce.

De Lesseps’ next Palm Beach criminal court hearing has been scheduled for Jan. 25.

@Necroignisamoron you're welcome! It had its ups and its downs, but i don't regret a day.

And i didn't cook. You're actually pretty close with Major Payne though. I resigned as a LCDR.

@hi_estdecoratedmassfeeder, I’m going to pay more in taxes. It’s the least I can do after you fed all my family for years.

@hi_estmajorpayneinmyass, I’m thankful for your service but not your lack of lip service on this forum. Stop being so sensitive and try smiling. Maybe you can find a real hobby.
