Officer Suspended After Suspects Make Sexy Time In Patrol Car On Way To Jail

A Florida police officer was suspended for allowing two suspects to sexually pleasure each other to a Barry White song

Fort Pierce, FL – A Florida police officer was suspended without pay for allowing two suspects to cuddle, kiss and sexually pleasure each other in the back of the police car while the Barry White song “Can’t Get Enough Of Your Love, Babe” played.

Fort Pierce Police Officer Doug McNeal had arrested 23-year-old Zachery Moellendick and 24-year-old Krista Leigh for shoplifting at a Walmart in July of 2018.

The pair were believed to have stolen jewelry and a baby toy that was found on them during a search, according to the New York Daily News.

Leigh had been placed in handcuffs and put inside the patrol car.

Moellendick was on crutches at the time and was not handcuffed.

While they were being transported to the county jail, video showed the two cuddling and kissing while the Barry White song played in the background, according to the New York Daily News.

“Due to Leigh and Moellendick’s body posture and arm movements, it is apparent Moellendick and Leigh are sexually pleasuring each other with their hands,” a police report stated. “This continues for approximately six minutes.”

Officer McNeal said he didn’t see any sexual activity and told investigators he was “fine with” what he did see in the backseat of his patrol vehicle, according to the New York Daily News.

Leigh asked Officer McNeal if he could smoke a cigarette and Officer McNeal told them to smoke in the squad car rather than outside. That violated the city’s policy banning tobacco use in patrol cars.

A police investigated determined that Officer McNeal violated nine policies and was suspended for 20 days without pay, according to the New York Daily News.

Moellendick pleaded guilty to petty theft and trespassing and Leigh pleaded no contest to petty theft and both have been released from jail.

Nine Department policies, about 15 Officer Safety procedures and at least 20 common sense issues. This guy needs to revisit his career choice.

This officer needs to read the departments policy at least 10 times
