No Criminal Charges For Teacher Who Filmed Porn In Classroom

Elizabeth Ann Schneider was fired after she filmed porn videos in her classroom, but she won't be charged with a crime.

El Campo, TX – There are no plans to charge a former substitute high school teacher who filmed pornography in her vacant classroom in the middle of the school day.

“We can’t find a law that she violated,” El Campo Police Chief Terry Stanphill told KPRC.

El Campo Independent School District officials first learned about the videos after an anonymous person sent them a link to pornographic videos posted by Elizabeth Ann Schneider, according to Heavy.

The substitute teacher had filmed about a dozen videos of herself masturbating and performing oral sex, and then uploaded them to a porn website, KPRC reported.

One of the videos posted to the site in mid-June was titled “Naughty Substitute Teacher Uses Dildo Chair In Classroom” and another was titled “Naughty Substitute Teacher Almost Gets Caught in the Teachers Lounge.”

Schneider, who went by the name O0oAnnieo0O online, described herself as “a mom of a rambunctious toddler and a substitute teacher” who was in an open relationship, Heavy reported.

“I’m a bit of an exhibitionist and I want people to watch me please myself or be pleased,” she wrote.

School district officials immediately notified the El Campo Police Department and the Texas Education Agency of what had occurred on the campus.

An investigation determined that Schneider had been filming the pornographic videos in a classroom and work room in May, KTRK reported.

“I’ve been in law enforcement for 27 years, and this is the first time I have ever run into anything like this,” Chief Stanphill told the Houston Chronicle.

While there were no students in the classroom while she was filming, class was in session in the school building at the same time and some students voices could be heard in the background of several videos.

No students were involved in making any of the videos, KTRK reported.

The school district told KTRK that it immediately fired the Schneider because of an “improper criminal incident” that occurred at El Campo High School.

Chief Stanphill said he sent an officer to the school to investigate after the videos were reported.

The chief said that he consulted with the district attorney’s office and they hadn’t found anything criminal with which to charge the filmmaker.

Schneider was issued a trespass warning that banned her from setting foot on any of the El Campo campuses, KPRC reported.

The school district said the substitute teacher had been working in the school district for only three months.

Officials faced some hard questions and criticism about student safety at the school board meeting after the news first broke about the former teacher’s lewd behavior.

“At ECISD, we have high standards of professional conduct, and we consider the type of behavior reported to us as unacceptable and inappropriate,” El Campo school district officials said in a statement to KPRC. “We want to inform the community that we serve, that the district follows all mandated policy and procedures for hiring, including the Department of Public Safety standard background check as we do with all substitutes. The district is pursuing this incident to the extent allowable by law.”

"Additionally, the district has taken steps to issue a criminal trespassing warning, which will protect all ECISD campuses,” the statement continued. “Our legal counsel is assisting us with reporting this situation to the Texas Education Agency, and we remain committed to the safety and security of our students.”

KTRK reported that Schneider has also been fired from her second job working at a local liquor store because of the inappropriate videos.

She has disabled her porn video profile and changed her name on Facebook since the scandal broke, according to Heavy.
