'Escort' Shot Client In Head For Performing Oral Sex Wrong

Marissa Wallen shot her client twice in the back of his head after she says he performed oral sex incorrectly.

Everett, WA - Marissa Wallen, an escort in Washington state, said she shot her client twice in the head because he was performing oral sex incorrectly.

On the morning of October 24, Everett police officers were dispatched to the home of the victim in the 800 block of Hawthorne Street on a welfare check according to MyEverettNews. The victim's employer had become concerned when he didn't log into his stay-at-home IT job that morning.

Officers entered the home and found the victim, age 36, slumped against a wall, awake but unresponsive. The man was unable to speak but could communicate using hand signals.

The man, whose name was not released, told police through hand signals that he knew his attacker but not her name. He was transported to a local hospital, where doctors discovered that he had been shot twice in the head.

Detectives immediately began an investigation that included searching the victim's home. They discovered that his wallet and gun were missing, and found two shell casings near the victim which did not match his missing gun.

They learned that a female who had been to the home numerous times in the past was the last person to have seen the victim before he was found.

During the investigation, detectives learned that almost $12,000 was taken from the victim's bank account. All of the charges were tracked to local businesses, where the suspect was identified as being the same female who had last seen the victim before he was found.

Detectives also reviewed surveillance video from the victim's home and doorbell, and the suspect was seen entering the victim's home at 8:45 PM on October 21,and then leaving in a hurry at 10 PM, with her hands full of what appeared to be the victim's credit cards.

They later located Wallen, age 21, at a home in Mount Vernon. She was interviewed, changed her story several times, then confessed that she had shot the victim twice in the back of his head.

Wallen was arrested and charged with 1st degree assault, 1st degree robbery, and identity theft in the 1st degree, according to the New York Post.

In court records, the charging detective wrote that during her interview Wallen was:

"emotionless and showed that she was cold and calculating. In the end she said that she shot (the victim) two times in the head because he was performing oral sex wrong and she did not know how to tell him that."

Wallen, who is the mother of an 11-month-old child, didn't give a reason why she stole the victim's wallet and gun, or why she spent almost $12,000 from the man's bank account.

On November, Wallen's bail hearing was held, and she was also served with unrelated outstanding warrants. Bond was set at $1 million.

A second suspect, Jenner Matthews, has also been arrested in the case. Court documents show that Wallen made payments to him through Facebook using the victim's bank accounts.

Totally respectfully disagree with tomaip in his response to Mike2021 & Rooney1943. Nowhere did Mike2021 say anything about “why” she became a prostitute or that she worked for an Escort Service. He simply stated the fact that the victim chose to have sex with a prostitute and had he made a wiser choice he would not have been shot. How you deduced from Mikes statement that he was “Hinting that he should have been married” is beyond me especially when he clearly explains his statement in the sentence that followed. Mike went on to say “It has been my understanding that prostitutes are generally not very stable individuals” hence, engaging in this type of illegal and risky behavior is not a wise choice. I hope you see that your initial assumptions don’t follow any logical path therefore all the analogies and comparisons about your ex wife and breaking the law simply don’t make sense. Also, the Bible’s command that we not judge others does not mean all actions are equally moral or that truth is relative. The Bible clearly teaches that truth is objective, eternal, and inseparable from God’s character. Anything that contradicts the truth is a lie—but, of course, to call something a “lie” is to pass judgment. To call adultery or murder a sin is likewise to pass judgment—but it’s also to agree with God. When Jesus said not to judge others, He did not mean that no one can identify sin for what it is, based on God’s definition of sin.

Someone should have told the guy that he was supposed to demand stuff from the escort, not the other way around.

Totally respectfully disagree with Mike2021 and Rooney1943. Number 1. Noted the article also did not mention why the female was working for an Escort Service if we want to get technical. Number 2. Found it amusing as to your stating if he would have made a wiser choice he would not have been shot. (Hinting that he should have been married). That was funny as I was married to a woman (noted I did not say lady) that worked in the medical field. When I filed for a divorce she not only pulled a gun on me but shot at me as well as tried to hire a hit-man. Guess she should have been a prostitute as in your opinion those would be the only ones capable of committing such a heinous act. Number 3. As to it being legal or illegal (actually a misdemeanor) would be like stating if you speed then you deserve to wreak and kill yourself because you broke the law.. I say we try to stay out of the bedroom with our sanctimonious opinions (and yes I am a Christian but the bible states "Judge not, lest you be judged".) and deal with the facts. The fact is that she was a crazy woman as noted the article stated she had other charges not related to this case so it was more likely than not that she would take someone down whether or not she was an escort.
