Here is the law that allowed the Chicago police to stop and legally detain Augustus. "Terry v. It clearly states in paragraph 3 that the officers who tried to stop him "were walking foot patrol and observed him to be carrying a gun. Considering Chicago has some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation it's common sense that they would stop him.

Your observations about the video are complete fantasy. He was given a lawful order from a police officer and he CHOSE to not follow it. Why did he choose not to follow the order? Because he was carrying the gun in VIOLATION of the law. Plain and simple if he had followed the law and obeyed the directions of the officers he would be alive today.
