BREAKING: 'Mass Causualty' Shooting At Concert At Virginia Motorsports Park

Dinwiddle, VA - Law enforcement officers are responding to a "mass casualty" shooting at Virginia Motorsports Park in Dinwiddle.

At least three people are known to be shot at the Motorsports Park where a Lil Boosie concert was taking place. It's suspected that there are actually more victims.

Dinwiddle, VA - Law enforcement officers are responding to a "mass casualty" shooting at Virginia Motorsports Park in Dinwiddle.

At least three people are known to be shot at the Motorsports Park where a Lil Boosie concert was taking place. It's suspected that there are actually more victims.

Multiple clusters of gunshots were reported in the area after the shooting was initially reported.

It's not yet clear if this is an active shooter situation. Social media is lighting up with claims of an active shooter and hostage situation, none of which have been verified.

UPDATE: NBC reporting at least seven people transported by ambulance, and six deputies were assigned to work the event.

UPDATE: Jasmine Turner w/ NBC reports somebody was hit with a car in addition to the shooting.

UPDATE: Wayne Covil w/ CBS 6 is reporting no officers shot, no hostages. Shots started near the stage. So far we know a lot of cars were shot along with at least two people. Law enforcement is now attempting to deal with 10,000-12,000 people on scene.

This is surely a chaotic mess right now, and with so many people on scene, it will no doubt take time to get it all sorted out and it becomes clear what happened.

UPDATE: ABC is reporting that witnesses stated shots started at concert, then moved to the parking lot and went on for about 20 minutes.

So far, two people have been confirmed to be injured by bullets, with a third injured by flying glass from shooting.
