9-Year-Old Autistic Boy Found Dead After Being Kidnapped In Attack At Home Depot

Patricia Ripley told police that her son was kidnapped in an ambush attack on Thursday night.

Miami, FL – The body of a nine-year-old autistic boy who was kidnapped from the parking lot of a Home Depot store on Thursday night was discovered by police on Friday morning.

The search for nine-year-old Alejandro Ripley began the night prior, after his mother, 47-year-old Patricia Ripley, told police that they were ambushed by two men who demanded drugs from her, NBC News reported.

"The driver of the unknown vehicle attempted to side-swipe her vehicle," police said in a statement. "The vehicle then blocked her in while a male passenger ambushed her, demanding drugs."

When Patricia Ripley told him she did not have any drugs, he grabbed her phone away from her and forced Alejandro Ripley into his vehicle.

The suspects and the abducted boy then sped off in a light blue sedan, according to FOX News.

The kidnappers were described as black males, one of whom was wearing a black bandana over his face and was wearing all-black clothing.

An AMBER Alert was issued for the non-verbal boy just before midnight, NBC News reported.

Police warned the public not to approach the suspects and to call law enforcement immediately if they are spotted, according to FOX News.

Investigators located Alejandro Ripley’s body on Friday morning approximately four miles away from the parking lot where he was kidnapped, NBC News reported.

“The Florida Amber Alert for Alejandro Ripley has been cancelled,” the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) said in a statement. “We are very sad to report that the child was found deceased.”

No further information has been released.

Miami-Dade police confirmed that a body that appears to be a young child was found floating in a lake near 138 Court and SW 62nd Street at approximately 7:50 a.m. on Friday, but they have not confirmed that the body was that of the abducted boy, WFOR reported.

That poor little guy......I hope those involved in this are caught. He didn't deserve to die and I can't wrap my head around the fear/horror he went through.

I would have given up the drugs.

There is something really wrong with the story. What made them think she had drugs in the first place. I think she needs a polygraph.

Just got more information, the cameras at home depot show only one car, hers,, no other cars nearby. Her son's body found close by at the lake. Evil mother.

This needs looking into, this story just doesn't smell right at all. Very sad for the little boy, but are we sure mom didn't have something to do with this?

With cameras everywhere nowadays, it's impossible to make up a story like this one and expect to get away with it.

This story was fishy from the beginning!! Plus there are cameras everywhere to back her story IF it's true, which I doubt!! If she lied and in deed murdered her own child, fry the bitch!!!

Check the cameras, I bet there wasn't a kidnapping at all. Autistic child, possibly angry mom, child found in a lake drowned?

We registered our Ring with Crimereports.com, after our local police department busted up a couple rings of felons responsible for the burglaries of numerous churches and businesses over the past few months. Since they were closed, they were easy targets for the druggies. With the use of surveillance cameras, the cops were able to ID and arrest over twenty of them, a real Who's Who of local dirtbags.
The Chief mentioned that technology can really help the PD in knowing who has cameras, so we were happy to register ours.

Remember Susan Smith? She also claimed that two black males kidnapped her kids and drowned them. This story sounds a lot like Smiths.
