VIDEO: Teens Filmed Harassing Cops Are Identified As Robbery Suspects, Arrested

Sources said NYPD arrested 16-year-old twin brothers for unrelated crimes after they heckled officers in a stairwell.

Bronx, NY – Police have arrested 16-year-old twin brothers who filmed a video of themselves screaming obscenities and insults at officers for two totally unrelated crimes (video below).

Rockeem and Raquan McMillan tried to start an altercation with New York Police Department (NYPD) officers who had responded to a call at their building located on Westchester Avenue near East 158th Street at about 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 8, the New York Post reported.

The 16-year-old boys filmed a video as they followed four NYPD officers down the stairs to the lobby of their building, and shared it on social media where it quickly went viral.

In the video, the officers endured two minutes of screaming insults from the twin teenagers as they tried to do their jobs.

“You a p--sy. You a p--sy! You know it sir!” one of the McMillan boys antagonized the officers as they made their way down the stairwell.

“You suck my d--k,” the other brother yelled over and over again through the entire video.

“Get the f--k outta my building,” one of the boys repeated ordered the officers in the video. “Bye!”

When they failed to get a response out of the officers initially, they tried switching it up to insults about their mothers.

“I f--ked your mom n---er,” one of the twins told an officer.

“I f--ked your mom b---h!” he then yelled at the officers in general.

The video showed the teenagers waving middle fingers at the officers and behaving as though they were forcing the officers out of their building, when in reality, the cops had finished their call at that location and were returning to the street.

All four officers remained calm and professional throughout the interaction with the aggressive teenage boys, the video showed.

The young men probably thought they’d gotten away with their disgusting treatment of the NYPD officers but then karma came back around to bite them both.

Police arrested Rockeem at about 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday for a strong-arm robbery, according to sources who talked to the New York Post.

According to those sources, Rockeem admitted to having a stolen scooter in his possession in the Bronx.

Police arrested his twin brother, Raquan, at about the same time for a different robbery, the New York Post reported. But sources were unable to provide details on that specific crime.

Sources told the New York Post that the NYPD officers were acquainted with the 16-year-old twins and, after the video-filming incident in the stairwell, they were able to identify the twins as suspects in the other incidents for which they were eventually arrested.

The video filmed by the McMillan twins was only the latest clip posted to social media that showed citizens behaving abhorrently toward members of the NYPD.

Another recent video showed a man screaming at the desk sergeant in the 28th Precinct on Aug. 13 after he went into the station to try and claim an unregistered motorbike that had been taken from him on July 26, NYPD Sergeant Jessica McRorie told Blue Lives Matter in an email.

In the video, the sergeant repeatedly told the man to stop filming in the precinct because it was against the law, but the man continued to scream at him and film. The man later posted the illicit video to social media where it quickly went viral.

This is the type "hate" video that Facebook should remove. I didn't click on it, don't want to watch it, but many impressionable young black "boys" will see it and it supports the narrative most black youth have about police.

So many turds (criminals) have the biggest mouths when talking to/at/about cops. The funny thing (not funny) is how easily the uninitiated buy into what criminals have to say about police. I hope the general public realizes that the loudest and most obnoxious protesters usually have something to gain, other than their stated goal.

That's quite a culture they have there. History will note their contributions to society and they will be hailed just as the Ancient Greeks and Romans. Something to be proud of.
